                                                                         BUSINESS VISIT VISA

Commercial Visit Visa

• 1. Invitation letter from https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/invitationletter, to be issued for New Delhi Embassy. The Invitation letter should have appropriate profession and purpose of visit mentioned on it to obtain the visa
• 2. Original passport of the applicant (Current and previous, if any)
• 3. Two latest white-background photographs of the applicant
• 4. CR Copy of Saudi company
• 5. Original Cover letter from the Indian Company stating the designation, passport details and purpose of visit of the applicant, addressed to: The Visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company's round seal.
• 6. Original Recommendation letter from any Chamber of commerce where the Indian Company is registered.

                                                                         WORKING VISIT

Working visit

• 1. Invitation letter from https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/invitationletter, to be issued for New Delhi Embassy. The Invitation letter should have appropriate profession and purpose of visit mentioned on it to obtain the visa
• 2. Original passport of the applicant (Current and old passport, if any)
• 3. Two latest white-background photographs of the applicant
• 4. CR Copy of Saudi company
• 5. Original Cover letter from the Indian Company stating the designation, passport details and purpose of visit of the applicant, addressed to: The Visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi and must be signed by the authorized signatory with the company's round seal.
• 6. Copy of Degree certificate of the applicant - should match with the designation on the Invitation Letter.

                                                                               FAMILY VISIT

Family Visit Visa

• 1. Original Passport of the applicant
• 2. Two latest white-background photographs of the applicant
• 3. Visa approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, KSA
• 4. Copy of IQAMA of Sponsor (Residence Permit)
• 5. Passport Copy of Sponsor (First and Last Page)
• 6. Proof of Relationship with Sponsor i.e. Marriage Certificate (Arabic Translated) should be attested by Saudi Embassy (Not needed if name of spouse entered on passport of the applicant)

                                                                             RESIDENT VISA

   Resident Visa

• 1. Original Passport of applicant (Current passport and old passport, if any)
• 2. Two Latest White Background Photographs
• 3. Copy of IQAMA of Sponsor (Residence Permit )
• 4. Visa approval slip issued from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia
• 5. Proof of Relationship with Sponsor i.e. Marriage Certificate (Arabic Translated) should be attested by Saudi Embassy, if name of spouse is not endorsed on the passport of applicant
• 6. Passport Copy of Sponsor (First and Last Page)
• 7. Medical report from GAMCA Medical Center. (Not applicable for child below 12 year)
• 8. GAMCA Slip (Not applicable for child below 12 year)
• 9. Polio vaccination certificate of child, if applying for the visa

                                                                     New Born Child's Permanent Visa

New Born Child's Permanent Visa

• 1. Original passport of child
• 2. Original passport of mother
• 3. Iqama copy of father and mother
• 4. Passport copy of father
• 5. Mother's Exit Re-entry visa copy - should be valid. If not, first need to extend mother's visa.
• 6. Original Polio vaccination certificate of the child
• 7. Original birth certificate- to be attested from Saudi Embassy first
• 8. Computer print from Jawazaat office of father and mother

                                                                     SAUDI TOURIST VISA

Saudi Tourist visa:

• 1. Original passport of the applicant (Current passport with 06 months validity and old passport, if any)
• 2. Two latest photographs (Photo specification: Size 35 X 45 mm, 80% Face with white background matt finish, ear visible without specs.)
• 3. Round trip ticket with itinerary (Return tickets)
• 4. Proof of accommodation reservation in the Kingdom (Hotel booking)
• 5. Proof of financial solvency (06 months bank statement with bank's seal)
• 6. Applicant must be 18 years of age, unless accompanied by his/her legal guardian
